We are excited to host a fantastic bounce house event for your children! To ensure a fun and safe experience, we kindly ask that you sign a waiver of responsibility before your child can participate.

Why is this necessary?

• The waiver protects you and the event organizers from any potential legal claims.
• It ensures that everyone understands and accepts the inherent risks involved in using bounce houses.

How to Complete the Waiver:

1. Payment: A $20 fee is required to cover the cost of the insurance certificate.
2. Waiver Signing: Once the payment is processed, you will receive the insurance certificate and the waiver will become active and available for signing.

Please Note:

• The insurance certificate is issued to you or any facility hosting the event.
• The waiver must be signed before your child is allowed to use the bounce houses.
